Ready when you are.
I’ve moved 34 times in the last five decades.
Yes. Thirty-four.
As a military “brat,” I lived in seven states and one foreign country before I turned 18. College took me to two more states, and my corporate career carried me (literally) coast to coast. I’ve upsized, downsized, and stayed the same size—more than once.
Here’s what all that moving taught me:
Start early. Have a plan. And keep your sense of humor.
It also taught me something else—moving and downsizing can be overwhelming and exhausting, both physically and emotionally. Even when it’s the right decision. Especially when it’s personal. That’s when having a professional in your corner makes all the difference.
As a Senior & Specialty Move Manager®, I help older adults and their families navigate relocation or aging in place with clarity, compassion, and structure. This work is about far more than boxes and logistics—it’s about decisions, transitions, and honoring what matters most.
I came to this field from the corporate world of human resources, process consulting, and project management. What I share with my fellow Move Managers is a deep commitment to older adults—but what I bring is a calm, organized, step-by-step approach that turns a daunting move into something manageable.
Because moving isn’t just about where you’re going.
It’s about feeling supported every step of the way.
